The puppy and dog vaccines we administer include:

  • Rabies
  • Canine Distemper
  • Parvovirus
  • Hepatitis
  • Leptospirosis

For felines, we recommend they be vaccinated, regardless of whether they are indoor or outdoor pets, every four weeks from six weeks of age to 16 weeks.

The kitten and cat vaccines we administer include:

  • Rabies
  • Feline Distemper
  • Feline Herpesvirus
  • Calicivirus
  • Feline Leukemia Virus

Intestinal Parasite and Heartworm Testing, Treatment, and Preventatives

At Creature Comforts Veterinary Hospital, we offer Intestinal Parasite Exams. Our in-house pharmacy supplies all treatment and preventatives. We recommend and stock a number of oral monthly preventatives that work against both heartworm and various intestinal infestations. For your convenience, we also offer an injectable parasiticide for dogs. This prevents heartworm disease continuously for six months and treats common hookworm infestations.
